Makin' the best of it

Konnor has been a trooper with his cast. I haven't heard him complain once about the inconvenience it is to have it on! And when it itches... we go to the bathroom and turn the blow dryer on cool and we blow some hair into the cast to help make the itch go away! He had a couple of people give him some things to make him feel better, so I told him he needed to make them thank you notes. He got right up to the table - and with his left hand, drew a picture (of him with his cast) and signed his name! It was very cute. He has learned to write and draw very well with his left hand - his signature looks the same as it does with his right hand! We go on Monday for an xray to see how it is healing. Cross your fingers!
