Kaylee (finally!) lost her first tooth!

Kaylee was a late teether as a baby - and as a result, she is slow losing her teeth. Much to her dismay, all of her little friends have been losing teeth for quite awhile. She has been soooo anxious - and last night she finally joined the ranks of all her little friends and lost her first tooth! It was quite exciting and the moment was captured with video and pictures almost immediately, of course! As she went to bed, she tucked it safely into her "tooth pillow" (the same pillow my Mom made me when I was a kid) and couldn't go to sleep - in great anticipation of the tooth fairy coming. At one point, she came out of her room and told me she was trying to figure out how the tooth fairy was going to get into the house. She finally decided that the tooth fairy made herself invisible and would come through the window or the wall. Her second loose tooth will soon follow - probably in the next day or two. Her Grandpa asked her that if her tooth was "lost" - where she found it. She kept trying to explain to him that she "lost her tooth" and he kept trying to ask her well... if she lost it... why did she have it - and where did she find it?? Grandpas sure can be silly!

Here is Kaylee about one minute after she lost her tooth explaining all about it...
