Kendahl was in charge of the annual "pig roast" at church - so for the 2nd year in a row - he stayed up all night smoking the pig (along with some other guys from the ward - who were at our house until 6 am!) Here are some pics (sorry if these gross you out - they gross me out too!) But this is how it all went down...

Kendahl "pulling the pork" (I couldn't help him with this part - it grossed me out too much.)
The final product! He took it all to the church and added "Rudy's BBQ Sauce" that he special ordered from San Antonio - and it tasted great! He got lots of compliments. Way to go Kendahl!
