Kaylee was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on June 20, 2009. Even though she turned 8 years old in April, she decided to wait until the grandparents could be here for the occasion (because we had also planned on having the baby blessed the same weekend as well). Kaylee looked so beautiful in her pretty white dress. She was really excited to be baptized - and recorded in her journal afterwards that she felt happy when she came up out of the water. We are so proud of her and her decision to be baptized. It was a special day for her!

She looks so proud, and she should be! How awesome! She is sooooo pretty. I'm excited for the day that I get to write about this....how fun!
