Field Day 2008

The kids had "Field Day" recently and had a blast. Since our school is new, it doesn't have a big grassy area for the kids to run - so they had to do a "fun" day instead since there was limited space (and lack of grass). The kids didn't care though - they had 25 different stations for the kids to do different activities and the kids were worn out by the time they were done. The weather was perfect (opposite of last year when it was extremely hot and humid). This year was much more pleasant. And it was fun since Konnor is in school this year - they got to participate together!

As the kids got done with each station, they were checked off (and after 10 stations, they got a popsicle). They were able to do all but just a couple!

After Field Day was over, the kids ate lunch. Konnor's class ate outside. Here's Konnor with his little friend from class (they are two crazy peas in a pod).
